The Government Contracts Practice Group is proud to announce that Keith Szeliga has been elevated to partner in Sheppard Mullin’s Washington, D.C. office.
 

Keith’s practice involves counseling and litigation in connection with a broad array of Government contracting issues. Regular readers of this blog will be familiar with Keith’s name, as he has contributed numerous postings over the years, with a particular focus on organizational conflicts of interest, post-employment restrictions on former Government employees, bid protests, and rights in technical data and computer software.
